Scilent Music Content: All other materials, including graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Scilent Digital, LLC and protected by copyright laws.
Scilent Music integrates with the Spotify API and other third-party services to enhance user experience. By using our Service, you also agree to comply with Spotify’s Terms of Service, available here. We are not responsible for the functionality or policies of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Termination may also occur for reasons outside of your control, such as regulatory compliance or technical constraints.

We make no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or service reliability.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware under the legal entity of Scilent Digital, LLC.
